We are seeking an ambitious Client Success Manager who will own a portfolio of client relationships, run strategy and performance calls, and work directly with business owners.

This remote, full-time role offers significant responsibility and upside for strong performers, with compensation in the $90,000–$110,000+ range and opportunities to expand accounts as Gravitate

Qualifications

• Client success or account management experience at a marketing agency.
• Ideally, experience marketing for home service businesses.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• A basic understanding of paid advertising and lead generation.
• The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once.
• High personal accountability and strong problem-solving skills.
• If you don't have agency experience, we'll still consider exceptional candidates with strong client success experience or people who are unusually smart, hardworking, and quick to learn.

Responsibilities

• Running client strategy and performance calls
• Understanding client goals, marketing performance, CPL, CAC, close rates, and lead quality
• Identifying problems before the client does and taking ownership of solving them
• Coordinating with our advertising, creative, and operations teams
• Helping improve client offers, follow-up, CRM usage, and sales processes when needed
• Keeping accounts organized and moving forward
• Building strong relationships with business owners
• Identifying opportunities to retain and grow successful accounts
