Job summary

Visa is seeking a Sr. Consultant, Client Success, to own the post-sale Client Services relationship for a portfolio of clients and drive operational solutions that maximize value from Visa products.

The role partners with Sales and Product to define client success plans, deploy support strategies, and deliver measurable outcomes across regions while utilizing AI tools and automation for efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree or 2 years with a PhD.
• 9+ years with a bachelor’s degree or 7+ years with an Advanced Degree or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience in communicating complex technical terms to clients in business language.
• Experience working across countries and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of new Visa products by coordinating Client and Visa teams to ensure fast value realization.
• Ensure client success metrics and adoption across the Visa product landscape.
• Build trusted client advocate status with key stakeholders and track outcomes.
• Drive initiatives to improve product adoption and use of Visa self-service tools.
• Stay current with market trends and Visa solutions to provide great client experience.
• Lead operational reviews with clients and Visa stakeholders.
• Develop client education materials to communicate new Visa rules and releases.
• Escalation point for major incidents and crisis responses.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to improve client experience and efficiency.
• Monitor client health and coordinate with Visa teams to optimize performance.
