Job summary

Visa is seeking a Sr. Consultant, Client Success, to own post-sale client relationships and enable value realization for major clients. You will partner with Sales and Product to deploy strategies, drive adoption, and optimize performance across products, processes, and tools.

The role requires leadership, professional communication, and the ability to coordinate across regions while leveraging emerging AI tools to enhance client experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g. MBA) or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Certifications or qualifications in Client/Customer Success or project management are a plus.
• Experience in analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience communicating complex technical terms in business language for clients.
• Experience building client relationships and guiding cross-country teams to success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client success initiatives and drive value realization across client portfolios.
• Define and deploy client support strategies, including adoption and product usage.
• Lead operational reviews with clients and Visa stakeholders to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate with global teams to maintain a 360-degree view of client health and performance.
• Develop client education materials and webinars on new Visa rules and releases.
• Act as escalation point for significant issues and crisis responses when needed.
