McCann Singapore is seeking an Account Director to closely partner with clients, lead agency resources, and drive both short- and long-term business outcomes. You will nurture client relationships, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality, on-brand creative work across projects.

You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with global teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client goals and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates have 8–10 years in account management within an agency.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and meticulousness are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
• Proactive, self-driven and able to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary, senior client contact for assigned projects, developing relationships with clients and learning their business.
• Accountable to client leads to work towards owner KPI’s and revenue targets.
• Set expectations on the quality of creative ideas and ensure work aligns with brand guidelines.
• Understand strategies from concept to production processes.
• Collaborate with Group Account Director to produce client budgets and update estimates.
• Mentor junior team members and cultivate a collaborative team environment.
• Leverage a customer journey plan for clients and contribute to long-term business strategies.
• Resolve issues independently and address complex business initiatives.
