Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking a Client Solutions Senior Specialist to provide customized operational solutions and high-level support to Account Management teams. The role involves managing escalations, approving rate adjustments, and refining customer touchpoints across onshore and offshore workflows.

You will collaborate with Account Management, Transportation/Dispatch teams, and offshore staff to ensure rapid issue resolution and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 8+ years in transportation logistics or a related operations field.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist onshore and offshore staff with complex escalated operational issues to ensure rapid resolution.
• Review and approve dry run fees, INOP fees, price adjustments, and transport status changes.
• Process and organize inbound transport requests via phone and email while maintaining accurate customer records.
• Build proactive relationships to scale and refine the customer experience.
