Job summary

Snow seeks an Associate Vice President, Client Services to lead client relationships and drive growth across multiple pharmaceutical accounts. You will guide strategy, mentor teams, and ensure coordinated execution of brand initiatives while maintaining strong senior partner communications.

The role requires deep category knowledge, marketing acumen, and a drive to expand Snow’s programs with strategic recommendations and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising experience; patient experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to craft presentations for new business, creative, tactical, strategy, and selling.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Significant background in pharmaceutical advertising; account services experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
• Entrepreneurial skill in organically building business.
• Management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular account team meetings and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration.
• Direct product strategy and ensure tactical execution.
• Provide short and long‑term direction for product strategy.
• Translate digital healthcare trends into client insights.
• Mentor team members and monitor performance; foster coaching partnerships.
• Keep senior leaders informed on key account status and issues.
• Ensure SOW tactics are executed strategically and on time.
• Train the account team on reporting, plans, and brand knowledge.
• Maintain competitive market and pipeline awareness for the brand.
• Approve all client materials before review.
