Responsibilities

• Lead client teams; nurture relationships and drive strategic campaigns.
• Develop strategic recommendations to upsell Snow’s programs and services.
• Oversee account budgets, P&L, and forecasting across brands.
• Mentor and develop account team members; foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with Creative Team on brand strategy and materials.
• Prepare for and attend strategic planning meetings with clients.
