Job summary

Job Summary

The Associate Vice President, Client Services serves as the face of Snow Companies, reporting to the Vice President or higher leadership. The role guides clients to achieve their communication and business objectives, fosters brand growth through deep category knowledge, strategic marketing acumen, value-added relationships, and a genuine passion for patients. The VP is responsible for managing multiple accounts, working independently, growing business, developing staff, and leading collaborative cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular meetings with the account team and maintain close contact with all members across ongoing projects.
  • Manage product strategy and ensure tactical implementation related to product strategy.
  • Provide short‑ and long‑term direction for product strategy.
  • Interpret digital trends in healthcare and use brand knowledge to generate client insights.
  • Collaborate with the account team to resolve internal issues and maintain team dynamics.
  • Mentor and review performance of team members; implement coaching or mentoring partnerships as needed.
  • Keep senior leadership apprised of key account status and issues.
  • Ensure all tactics in the Statement of Work (SOW) are executed strategically and timely.
  • Train account team on reporting, creative work plans, strategic points of view, agency processes, and brand market knowledge.
  • Maintain market knowledge of competition and pipeline products in the brand category.
  • Approve all materials before client review.
  • Manage account finances, including forecasting, income generation, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Partner with the creative team for brand strategy development and material creation.
  • Analyze business developments and competitive landscape to propose new growth opportunities.
  • Lead the development of strategic recommendations to clients and identify upsell opportunities for Snow’s programs and services.
  • Develop Statements of Work for clients.
  • Prepare for and attend strategic planning meetings with clients.
  • Develop internal processes and procedures for best practices across the company.
  • Travel is required.

Physical Demands

The role requires standing, walking, sitting, using hands to handle or feel, reaching with hands and arms, and talking or hearing. Responsibilities include regularly lifting or moving up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting or moving more than 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Patient Privacy and Training
  • Contact with personally identifiable information (PII) and personal health information (PHI) of patients living with chronic illness.
  • Required training: Snow Policy Training, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Adverse Event (AE) Reporting Training, FDA and FTC promotional requirements for pharmaceuticals, and Privacy and Data Security.
