Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Consultant to partner with clients on strategic, optimized employee benefit solutions. You will apply industry knowledge, analytical insights and Gallagher's consulting frameworks to support benefit strategy development, renewal execution, financial analysis and ongoing client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years client service experience.
• Licensing as required for insurance consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize client satisfaction in all interactions to ensure client needs are understood, deadlines met, proactive communication occurs and work quality is high.
• Utilize financial and clinical data to identify, evaluate and develop renewal and financial strategies with clients.
• Serve as a consistent consulting presence for assigned clients, explaining rationale and coaching others.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and deadlines, and understand/explain financial analysis and underwriting concepts.
• Utilize Gallagher resources to inform strategic opportunities based on client objectives.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships internally, with clients and vendor contacts.
