Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle general banking inquiries for clients via high volumes of calls and emails.
• Conduct relationship reviews and manage daily overdrafts.
• Process mail deposits, close accounts, and open new accounts for existing clients.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and escalate complex ones to the appropriate team.
• Provide information on BNY products and services to a targeted client base.
