Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Chicago is seeking a Senior Client Service Representative to support client service operations with accuracy and timeliness.

You will process policies, prepare client documents, and maintain data integrity in the agency management system while assisting Account Managers and handling premium/receivable tasks. The role offers hybrid work and a competitive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty License must be obtained within 75 days of onboarding.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Organized, detail oriented, timely and efficient.
• Strong work ethic, responsible and service oriented.
• Possession of or ability to obtain state P&C license.
• Strong math skills with basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Process policies, endorsements, audits, and client documents with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare client documents for delivery via email, US Mail or hand delivery.
• Maintain data integrity in the agency management system for reports and outputs.
• Provide routine consultation to clients and support Account Managers.
• Assist with premium/commission accounting and accounts receivable.
• Navigate carrier websites for account info and reviews, obtain quotes.
• Manage certificate holder lists and issue certificates of insurance.
• Verify coverage for third parties and manage diaries for activity progress.
