Marsh MMA is seeking a Senior Client Service Representative to process policies, endorsements and audits with precision. You ll prepare documents for delivery and ensure data integrity in the agency management system while supporting Account Managers in delivering exceptional client service.

The role requires a P&C license within 75 days, proficiency in Excel and Word, and strong organization and math skills.

Qualifications

• License must be obtained within 75 days of onboarding.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word is required.
• Organized, detail oriented, timely and efficient.
• Strong work ethic, reliable and service oriented.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process policies, endorsements, audits, and client documents with accuracy.
• Enter premium related information to create records and invoices.
• Prepare client documents for delivery via email, mail, or hand delivery.
• Maintain data integrity in the agency management system.
• Assist Account Managers and support internal/external clients.
