You will support Account Managers, assist with premium/receivable issues, and coordinate communications with carriers and clients.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license within 75 days, proficiency in Excel and Word, and strong organizational and math skills. A hybrid work arrangement and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• P&C license must be obtained within 75 days of onboarding.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Organized, detail oriented, timely and efficient.
• Strong work ethic, reliable and service oriented.
• Possession of or ability to obtain state P&C insurance license.
• Strong math skills with basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Process policies, endorsements, audits, and client documents in the agency system accurately and timely; enter premium information to create records and invoices.
• Prepare client documents for delivery via email, mail, or hand delivery.
• Maintain data integrity in the agency system; ensure fields and data flow to reports.
• Provide routine client consultation and assist Account Managers as needed.
• Assist with premium and commission accounting; guide clients on payments and notices; issue premium finance agreements and notices.
• Access carrier websites for information; request endorsements or quotes as needed.
• Manage certificate holder lists; issue renewal and midterm certificates and proofs of insurance.
• Verify coverage for third parties.
• Set and manage diaries to track account activity.
