You will prepare client documents for delivery, manage diaries, assist with accounting issues, and support Account Managers to serve internal and external clients. This role offers hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Strong math skills with basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Process policies, endorsements, audits and other client documents with accuracy.
• Enter premium related information to create records and invoices.
• Prepare client documents for delivery via email, US Mail or hand delivery.
• Maintain data integrity in the agency management system.
• Provide routine consultation to clients and assist Account Managers.
• Assist with premium finance and notices of cancellation or reinstatement.
• Verify coverage for third parties.
