Job summary

Marsh is hiring a Senior Client Service Representative to support client accounts with accuracy and timely processing. You’ll handle policies, documents, and premium data, backing up Account Managers as needed, and assist with premium and commission issues while maintaining strong data integrity in the agency system.

Qualifications

• P&C license must be obtained within 75 days of onboarding.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Organized, detail oriented, timely and efficient.
• Strong work ethic, reliable and service oriented.
• Possession of or ability to obtain state P&C license.
• Strong math skills with basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Process policies, endorsements, audits, and client documents with accuracy.
• Enter premium information to create records and invoices.
• Prepare client documents for delivery via email, US Mail or hand delivery.
• Maintain data integrity in the agency management system and ensure data flows to reports.
• Provide routine consultation to clients and back up Account Managers.
• Assist with accounting issues related to premium and commission discrepancies.
• Navigate carrier websites to obtain account information and documents.
• Manage certificate holder lists and renewal certificates.
• Verify coverage for third parties.
• Set and manage diaries to track account activity.
