Marsh Agency in the United States is seeking a Senior Client Service Representative to support client documentation and policy processing with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. You will enter premium data, prepare materials for delivery, and maintain data integrity in the agency management system while supporting Account Managers and addressing client needs.

Required are a Property and Casualty license within 75 days, proficiency in Excel and Word, strong organizational skills, and solid math

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license must be obtained within 75 days of the first day of New Hire Onboarding.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Organized, detail oriented, timely and efficient.
• Strong work ethic, responsible, reliable, service oriented.
• Possession of or ability to obtain state P&C insurance license.
• Strong math skills with an understanding of basic accounting principles.

Responsabilités

• Process policies, endorsements, audits, and other client documents in the agency management system with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare client documents for delivery via email, US Mail or hand delivery.
• Maintain data integrity in the agency management system so that all fields, documents, and data are accurate and flow to reports.
• Provide routine consultation to clients and back up Account Managers as needed.
• Assist with accounting issues related to premium and commission discrepancies and accounts receivable; direct clients with payment instructions and premium notices.
• Access carrier websites to obtain account information and policy documents; obtain quotes as necessary.
• Manage certificate holder lists; prepare and send renewal and midterm certificates of insurance and other proofs.
• Verify coverage for third parties and set diaries to progress account activity.
