Marsh Agency is seeking a Senior Client Service Representative to support policy processing, document preparation, and client communication. You will ensure data accuracy, assist Account Managers, and help with premium-related inquiries in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain) and proficiency in Excel/Word. Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential, with a competitive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license must be obtained within 75 days of the first day of New Hire Onboarding.
• Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
• Must be organized, detail oriented, timely and efficient.
• Strong work ethic, responsible, reliable, service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process policies, endorsements, audits, and other client documents in the agency management system with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare client documents for delivery via email, US Mail or hand delivery.
• Maintain data integrity in the agency management system for accurate reporting.
• Provide routine consultation to clients and assist Account Managers as needed.
• Assist with accounting issues related to premium and commission discrepancies and accounts receivable.
