Marsh Agency in Illinois is seeking a Senior Client Service Representative to process client documents and enter premium information accurately in the agency management system. You will prepare documents for delivery and support Account Managers while maintaining high data integrity.

The role requires a Property and Casualty license within 75 days, proficiency in Excel and Word, and strong organization and math skills. Hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

• Process policies, endorsements, audits, and other client documents in the agency management system with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Enter premium related information into the system to create records and invoices.
• Prepare client documents for delivery via email, US Mail or hand delivery.
• Maintain data integrity in the agency management system so fields and documents are accurate and flow to reports.
• Assist with accounting issues related to premium and commission discrepancies and accounts receivable; aid with payment instructions and premium notices.
