Job summary

State Street Corporation in the US Asset Owners division is seeking a Client Service Senior Associate to serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for multiple clients, manage inquiries, and coordinate with COEs and service partners to ensure SLA compliance. Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for multiple clients.
• Ensure client inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Liaise with COEs, Shared Service teams, and other business units to resolve service and opertional issues.
• Facilitate communication across service partners and clients.
• Work with shared services, outsource partners, and business units to ensure SLA compliance.
• Participate in projects, governance, oversight activities, committees, and KPI reviews.
• Keep management informed of service issues and business opportunities.
• Compile client documentation, organize meetings, and prepare presentation materials.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal departments for successful implementations.
