Job summary

Responsibilities

Strengthen and deepen client relationships; monitor client satisfaction and requirements.
Develop new business and product opportunities with assigned clients; protect existing revenue.
Achieve organic growth and revenue targets with assigned clients.
Collaborate with Sales to align on client needs and growth strategies.
Prepare account plans, pipelines, and business overviews for stakeholders.
Maintain client data in SF360 CRM, including contacts, opportunities, and campaigns.
Negotiate and execute client contracts; coordinate marketing and product solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive client experiences.
