Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, especially insurance.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with all client organisation levels.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior talent.
• 15+ years total work experience; 5+ years in financial services relationship management/sales or client service.
• Proven ability to earn client trust and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and deepen client relationships; monitor client perception of service quality (NPS).
• Develop new business opportunities while protecting existing revenue streams.
• Achieve organic growth and revenue targets with assigned clients.
• Coordinate with sales to address client needs and drive growth.
• Prepare account plans and business overviews for clients.
• Maintain client data in SF360 CRM including accounts, contacts, opportunities, and campaigns.
• Negotiate and execute client contracts; manage onboarding of new assets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver consistent client experience.
• Develop client metrics and dashboards; report on KPIs.
