This position emphasizes hands‑on leadership, strong accounting expertise, remote collaboration, and the ability to scale delivery for multiple engagements across the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of related accounting experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on management experience including hiring, training.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience with multi-client environments and small to mid-sized businesses.
• Experience using QuickBooks or similar cloud-based accounting software.
• Ability to develop remote team and client relationships.
• Comfort with learning new technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding for all engagements in accordance with defined process.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives and understand their business needs.
• Manage hiring process for remote accountants, including interviewing and feedback.
• Orient and train newly assigned accountants and provide ongoing coaching.
• Review work to ensure high quality of service to clients.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching; conduct annual reviews.
• Serve as a resource for guidance on client tasks and issues.
• Balance workflow and budgets to maintain profit margins.
