Job summary

This hybrid role supports collaboration with producers, claims resources, and internal teams to drive retention, service excellence, and growth, with occasional remote options and a focus on scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance and team leadership.
• Proven ability to manage client service teams and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Commercial Lines Account Managers and Client Service Coordinators.
• Oversee operations, set clear expectations, and implement process improvements.
• Maintain strong client relationships with strategic oversight and service delivery.
• Manage complex Commercial Property & Casualty accounts as primary contact.
• Collaborate with producers, claims resources, and internal teams to support retention and growth.
• Oversee renewal and marketing activities, including submissions and carrier negotiations.
• Monitor workloads, conduct audits, and identify opportunities to improve service and scalability.
• Promote a collaborative, high-performing culture through coaching and communication.
