Job summary

You will mentor Client Service Associates, maintain client records in Salesforce, and ensure compliance with policies while handling inquiries and facilitating smooth account processing in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a similar role.
• Successful completion of the SIE exam.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients regarding inquiries and requests.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce with accuracy.
• Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on actions.
• Process complex account openings, transfers, and maintenance.
• Assist with money movements and ensure compliance.
• Prepare reports and documentation for reviews and planning.
• Mentor and train Client Service Associates.
