Job summary

Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Financial Advisor to manage existing client relationships, develop new ones, and guide wealth planning. This role involves training staff, supporting investment decisions, and contributing to the bank's investment committee discussions.

Qualified candidates hold a related bachelor's degree, FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 65, 7/66), and CFP certification, with extensive experience in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required.
• FINRA SIE, Series 65, and Series 7/66 licenses; applicable advisory licenses per regs.
• Completion of CFP program and examination.
• Minimum 5 years of experience; median ~17 years in the role.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages client relationships and helps clients reach wealth goals.
• Prepares and updates financial plans with client data.
• Onboards clients and coordinates asset transfers with operations.
• Develops asset allocations and implements investment strategies.
• Supervises Wealth Analysts and Advisors and participates in meetings.
