Job summary

Nicolet National Bank seeks a Client Service Associate to support financial advisors, manage client service requests, and handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced wealth management environment.

You will open and maintain client accounts, schedule meetings, prepare reports, and ensure CRM data accuracy while coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to our local communities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of administrative experience.
• Experience in the investment industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding inquiries and service requests.
• Maintain and update client records in Salesforce.
• Schedule and confirm client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and follow up on action items.
• Process and maintain account openings, transfers, and maintenance requests.
• Assist with money movements, including wires, ACH transfers, journals, and check requests.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client reviews.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Manage advisor calendars and scheduling of meetings.
