Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, accounting, finance or economics.
• Complete SIE and Series 7/66/65 within 90 days of employment.
• 0–2 years of industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Team player, self-motivated, adaptable with good decisions.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and promote Nicolet as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities

• Assist Advisors by preparing paperwork and meeting summaries.
• Attend client meetings and summarize notes for records.
• Analyze client data and prepare reports and planning scenarios.
• Enter data into planning software and draft plans.
• Manage CRM (Salesforce) for Advisors and clients and ensure report accuracy.
• Handle client inquiries, account maintenance and fund transfers.
• Generate performance reports and help maintain client files.
• Learn technical skills to service clients independently and collaborate with team.
