Job summary

Holmes Murphy in Omaha, NE seeks a Client Service Consultant for our Property Casualty team. The role focuses on understanding client operations, advising on coverage options, and supporting renewal processes to drive client success.

Responsibilities include preparing renewal documents, reviewing quotes, and coordinating with carriers to ensure accuracy and timely deliverables. A background in insurance and a license or plan to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years customer service, underwriting, or risk management experience in the insurance industry.
• Active state Property Casualty Insurance license required or able to acquire within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Understand client operations and exposures to ensure appropriate coverage or options.
• Consult with team for pre-renewal meetings on qualifying accounts and development of client opportunities.
• Market renewal policies and negotiate with insurance company underwriters.
• Review quotes on accounts for accuracy and prepare proposal documents for client.
• Ensure accuracy of client information, carriers' items, coverage schedules, endorsements, and audits.
• Prepare client renewal documents and save to agency management system (PSR, schedules, applications, loss runs, etc.).
