Job summary

Holmes Murphy in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Client Service Consultant to join the Property Casualty team. The role involves leading client meetings, managing renewal processes, and coordinating with carriers to secure optimal terms.

The position requires 5+ years in customer service or underwriting within insurance, and an active life/health or property-casualty license or the ability to obtain one within three months. Collaboration and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of customer service experience, underwriting or risk management in the insurance industry.
• Licensing: Active state specific Life & Health/Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.

The salary range for Minnesota residents is $77,500 - $129,100. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience and industry certifications. In addition to your salary, Holmes Murphy offers a comprehensive total rewards program including annual bonuses, total wellbeing benefits and support for professional development.
