Holmes Murphy seeks a Sr. Client Service Consultant focused on construction risk in Minneapolis, MN. You will own large, complex client accounts, coordinating with underwriting and client service teams to renew and optimize coverages.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, proactive risk assessment, and strong relationship building with clients and carriers. A license and ongoing professional development are expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years customer service, underwriting or risk management in the insurance industry.
• Licensing: Property Casualty license required or ability to acquire within three months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own accounts by servicing large and complex clients.
• Negotiate renewals with underwriters and review client coverage.
• Assess client needs and propose insurance options.
• Monitor claims and assist in claims management as needed.
• Maintain client relationships and pre-renewal activities.
• Ensure accurate policy/endorsement data and billing.
