Job summary

WithCoverage is seeking a Lead Client Service Manager in Philadelphia to own a high‑value book of business and mentor junior CSMs. You will partner with Risk Advisors to lead strategic client initiatives and deliver best‑in‑class service delivery for complex accounts.

The role requires 4+ years in commercial insurance, a Property & Casualty broker’s license (or plan to obtain within 60 days), and a track record of managing high‑value client relationships in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial insurance experience in Account Management or Client Service.

Responsibilities

• Own and cultivate relationships with a portfolio of complex, high‑priority clients and act as trusted advisor.
• Lead renewal strategy conversations with Risk Advisors and contribute to coverage discussions.
• Draft stewardship reports and client presentations with data‑driven insights.
• Mentor junior Client Service Managers and onboard new team members.
• Collaborate with leadership to evolve service delivery standards.
