Job summary

World Insurance Associates in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Client Manager to serve as the primary service contact for a select commercial client book, ensuring client satisfaction and strategic planning.

You will evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, negotiate and finalize quotes, prepare carrier submissions, manage renewals and policy data in EPIC, and build strong relationships with clients and carriers; a Property & Casualty license and 3+ years experience are required, with base salary ranges

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty.
• Licensed Property & Casualty insurance in the relevant state.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures, obtains quotes, negotiates and finalizes quotes.
• Obtains client information, analyzes risk, and makes recommendations.
• Prepares complete carrier submissions and submits.
• Maintains accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Processes renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
