Job summary

Holmes Murphy is seeking a Senior Client Service Consultant to join the Property Casualty team in Denver, CO. The role focuses on leading large and complex client accounts, renewing policies through underwriter negotiation, and delivering world-class service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer service, underwriting, or risk management within insurance, and a license or ability to obtain one within three months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years customer service, underwriting or risk management experience in the insurance industry.
• Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles to consult with clients and meet strategic needs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and lead accounts by servicing large and complex clients.
• Negotiate renewals with insurance company underwriters.
• Review existing coverage and assess future client needs; propose options.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure accurate exposure, policy, and billing data.
• Support claims process and coordinate with clients and sales team as needed.
