Job summary

Holmes Murphy in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Sr. Client Service Consultant to lead and service our most complex accounts. You will partner with clients and underwriters, renew policies, and assess future insurance needs to deliver world-class service.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, proactive problem solving, and collaboration with the sales team to drive opportunities and ensure accurate, timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years in customer service, underwriting or risk management in insurance.
• Active state Property Casualty license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles and client-focused problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own accounts, providing senior client service for large, complex portfolios.
• Renewals, negotiations with underwriters, and review of client policies.
• Assess client needs, advise on options, and manage claims support as needed.
• Maintain client relationships and pre-renewal opportunities with teams.
• Ensure data accuracy in policy information, endorsements, premiums, and invoicing.
