Job summary

Holmes Murphy Insurance in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Sr. Client Service Consultant to join our Property Casualty team.

You will take ownership of the most complex accounts, lead client service efforts, and partner with underwriters to optimize renewals and coverage. You will uphold exceptional client service, identify opportunities for expanded coverage, and ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery of renewal materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years customer service, underwriting or risk management experience in the insurance industry.
• Active state Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
• Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and lead accounts by servicing the largest and most complex accounts.
• Negotiate with insurance company underwriters and manage renewals.
• Review client needs and advise on appropriate insurance options.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction through professional expertise.
• Prepare renewal reviews and required documents.
