Hanover Bank is seeking a full-time Senior Client Service Associate (CSA) Floater to join our team in New York. The role blends client service, outbound communications, and hands-on support across branch operations, with a focus on building relationships and promoting bank products.

You will open new accounts, process routine transactions, and collaborate with managers to deliver seamless service. Strong communication, organization, and knowledge of MS Office are essential; weekend availability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum of Two (2) years of banking experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in meaningful financial conversations to uncover needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls and outreach to deepen relationships and grow deposits.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to appropriate products and partners.
• Build a robust pipeline of client opportunities and track follow-ups.
• Support branch sales efforts and meet individual goals.
• Participate in community events and in-branch sales initiatives.
• Ensure strong client retention through proactive service and timely follow-ups.
• Handle daily banking operations and new account openings with accuracy.
