Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Honolulu is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to work closely with a Financial Professional to deliver high-quality client service and retain assets.

The role includes office administration, client data management, and supporting daily business processing such as account maintenance, cash movements, and paperwork handling. The ideal candidate is client-service oriented with experience in financial services and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Client service/relationship management experience required
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred
• FINRA S7, S66 preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Prepare appointment materials for the Financial Professional
• Calendar management for scheduling meetings and calls
• Populate and maintain client information in CRM
• Manage onboarding and paperwork including DocuSign
• Provide market quotations, place orders, and rebalance accounts
• Process cashiering and asset movement requests
• Research and resolve client service problems
• Answer office phones and document requests
• Type and design written correspondence
• Process mail and log in CRM
• Perform other duties as assigned
