Guy Carpenter, based in a hybrid role in Philadelphia or New York City, seeks a seasoned Client Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for designated clients and to manage ongoing needs from start to finish.

You will partner with senior colleagues and client teams to strengthen relationships, deliver customized solutions, coordinate projects, and lead meetings that advance client objectives.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in reinsurance accounting and claims.
• Experience managing day-to-day client relationships in a client-facing environment.
• Strong project management skills with ability to drive multiple initiatives to completion.
• Strong analytical skills including research, benchmarking and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for designated clients; oversee client account activities from a global perspective.
• Manage client projects to completion, including action planning and progress monitoring; may supervise junior colleagues.
