Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in reinsurance, insurance, accounting, or claims.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Advise on presenting materials and communications to secure reinsurer agreements and payments.
• Manage KPIs and SLAs to ensure timely, compliant service delivery.
• Participate in meetings to share ideas and drive process improvements.
• Consult on accounting/claims for RFPs and sales opportunities to grow the business.
• Develop strategies for reinsurance audits and reconciliation to ensure quality.
