Job summary

Guy Carpenter seeks a skilled professional to join our Client Support Services team. Based in New York, Philadelphia, or Edina, this hybrid role requires in-office work at least three days per week and supports client accounts, contracts, claims, and accounting.

You will advise on materials, manage KPIs, and collaborate to evolve processes with technology, while contributing to growth through RFP consulting and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in reinsurance, insurance, accounting, or claims.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Advise individuals to assess and submit client and reinsurer materials to resolve questions and secure payments.
• Authorize KPIs and use system tools to manage transactions and meet SLAs.
• Interface in meetings to share ideas and evolve the operational model with technology.
• Consult on accounting/claims processes for RFPs and sales opportunities to drive growth.
• Develop strategies for reinsurance audits and reconcile records to facilitate audits.
• Counsel peers on difficult reinsurance developments and provide training within the team.
