Qualifications

• Experience handling homeowner inquiries in mortgage servicing or related field.
• Ability to document interactions clearly and follow up on issues.
• Strong collaboration across teams to resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Navigate inbound and outbound homeowner communications professionally and efficiently.
• Research and resolve homeowner issues using internal systems.
• Document all homeowner communications thoroughly.
• Promote products and services with a focus on homeowner satisfaction.
• Identify delinquent accounts and assist with repayment arrangements where appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned by the team.
