Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience handling complex, high-stakes client issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to distill complex information.
• Comfort engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently in evolving processes where procedures are not yet defined.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client relationships.
• Financial services experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for one or more assigned clients, acting as the face of all client interactions
• Field client inquiries submitted by phone or through the hotline, and manage them through to resolution
• Partner with internal teams to research answers, gather information, and coordinate responses
• Translate complex, technical, or procedural information into clear, client-friendly communication
• Follow up with clients to close the loop and ensure inquiries are fully remediated
• Exercise sound judgment in resolving concerns and navigating escalations in high-pressure situations
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with senior stakeholders at client organizations
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, developing operating environment
