IntePros in Pittsburgh seeks a Client Relationship Manager to serve as a primary contact for our clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service through proactive relationship management, effective communication, and timely resolution of inquiries.

You will collaborate with internal teams, translate complex topics into clear client communications, manage multiple requests, and uphold professionalism and client satisfaction throughout interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• Proven experience in a client-facing, customer service, account management, or relationship management role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships.
• Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under high-pressure situations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
