Job summary

LINQ Services in Pittsburgh/Baltimore is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to drive service excellence across a portfolio of clients. The role supports both fully remote and hybrid structures, with Pittsburgh-based employees required to be in person at least three days a week.

You will nurture relationships, negotiate agreements, monitor invoices, educate clients on new services, and collaborate with multiple teams to meet and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in a client service, account management or related position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients and address inquiries promptly.
• Negotiate agreements to maximize value for LINQ.
• Review client invoices for accuracy.
• Develop strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor client account health regularly.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to meet clients’ needs.
• Educate clients about new services and features.
• Drive KPI performance and retention metrics.
• Assist the Account Success Manager with onboarding tasks.
