Job summary

Miebach Consulting GmbH is seeking a senior leader to drive account management and growth across North America. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, partnering with delivery teams to expand the firm’s footprint and create lasting value.

Responsibilities include managing key accounts across CPG, life sciences, fashion & apparel, and retail, building relationships, and guiding BD activities. The role emphasizes problem solving, value creation, and strategic growth with travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of professional experience in supply chain, consulting, or related professional services.
• Deep supply chain expertise in at least one leading industry (CPG, life sciences, fashion & apparel, or retail).
• Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or consulting engagement leadership.
• Exposure to B2B sales environments, either directly or as a client or recipient of consulting or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key client accounts within CPG, life sciences, fashion & apparel, or retail.
• Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders, handling escalations and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Build long-term relationships and position Miebach as a trusted partner.
• Identify opportunities to expand share of wallet within existing accounts.
• Support BD efforts with RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project execution.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with client needs and Miebach capabilities.
