Job summary

Lastmile Retail, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own the client relationship end to end and lead day-to-day account activity.

You will serve as the primary contact and ensure alignment across paid media, product, and operations teams, driving trust and steady progress. Based in the United States, this role requires 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles and a proven ability to present to Directors, VPs, and C-suite marketers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, client services, or a comparable client-facing role.
• Proven experience presenting to and building relationships with Director, VP, and C-suite marketing executives.
• Agency or fast-paced, multi-account background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship end to end, running meetings and serving as the single, reliable point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Translate client requests and feedback into clear, well-documented direction for internal teams so execution never stalls on missing context.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting, turning complex performance data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Work with Lastmile’s SEO and Paid Media teams to prepare comprehensive reporting for assigned accounts.
