Job summary

Miebach Consulting seeks a senior Account Management leader to drive growth and deepen client relationships across North America. You will partner with delivery teams to expand engagement, shape client value, and position Miebach as a trusted advisor.

You will leverage industry expertise in CPG, life sciences, fashion & apparel, or retail to develop strategic plans, respond to RFPs, and guide complex supply chain engagements. Hybrid/remote options support work flexibility.

Qualifications

10–15 years of professional experience in supply chain, consulting, or related services.
Deep supply chain expertise in one or more target industries (CPG, life sciences, fashion & apparel, or retail).
Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or leading consulting engagements.
Exposure to B2B environments and consulting/project delivery contexts.

Responsibilities

Own and grow key client accounts within North American markets.
Serve as primary client contact, manage escalations, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to expand wallet share and develop strategic account plans.
Support RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations with delivery teams.
Represent Miebach at industry events and contribute to thought leadership.
