U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant in Spokane, WA. You will build strong client relationships across in-person, by-appointment, and digital channels, assessing banking needs and guiding customers to deposit and loan products that fit their goals.

You will educate clients on digital tools, open consumer and small business accounts, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver efficient, compliant service with a digital-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of retail banking experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships and proactive outreach.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in-person, by appointment, or virtually to provide financial counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests and submit applications.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service features.
• Proactively identify client needs and offer solutions based on goals.
