You will educate customers on deposit and loan products, open accounts, and help with digital tools while supporting branch teams to deliver exceptional service. The role emphasizes a digital-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Formación

• Experience building client relationships and proactively following up with customers
• Ability to engage and communicate with clients and understand their banking needs
• Knowledge of retail banking products, services and digital tools
• Experience with sales campaigns/promotions and delivering a great client experience

Responsabilidades

• Builds relationships with clients through in-person, by appointment, and virtual outreach
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests
