Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an energetic Client Relationship Consultant in Idaho. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels while guiding them to suitable deposit and loan products and digital services.

You will open accounts, process requests, and educate clients on self-service tools. A background in retail banking and NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act compliance is required, with a strong emphasis on proactive, accurate service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act and Reg Z required.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide financial counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch team to serve clients with accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify solutions based on customer needs and process credit applications.
